An easy on-line assessment tool will be taken before we start. This assessment provides an “Average Resonating Level” score based on the kinds of energy you are currently experiencing. This provides a snapshot of the ways you currently live from anabolic thoughts (peaceful, creative and productive) or catabolic thoughts (defeating and depleting).
